Dear Bagpipe friends, The seventh edition of the International Bagpipe Conference will be held in Eastern Europe for the first time, reaching piping communities that might not have been able to attend their events in the past. The International Bagpipe Organisation is collaborating with the Bulgarian National Bagpipe Association (BNBA), which has organised many events and has a large membership base in Bulgaria. We all know Bulgaria as one of the most prominent bagpipe countries in the world....
