What gave you the idea for the book?

The idea of creating a collection of scores for the 16-inch (G) bagpipe came from a very concrete need: I was myself looking for new pieces to play. I learn easily by ear, but that still requires access to other musicians, recordings, or being part of a group or an association. Not everyone has that opportunity.
