MONDAY
Third Monday
in the month, North Cumbria Pipers Group.
Meets once a month. Mainly Northumbrian Pipes, but all welcome, players and
non-players.
The normal venue, the Dace Centre in Carlisle, is currently closed for refurbishment
and meetings are being held at the Old Crown Pub in Hesket Newmarket. This
may become permanent, for various reasons! Usually the third Monday in the

Tuesday: Ipswich Piping
Society
The Ipswich Piping Society was formed in November 2006 and
exists to promote and encourage the playing of the Great Highland Bagpipe.
The Society provides a forum for both experienced and new players where experienced
players can develop their skills in an environment where good standards are
encouraged and new players can be guided by experienced players and tutors.
It is an aim of the Society to arrange recital events and masterclasses where
top class players will be invited to perform and share their knowledge.
The
Society meets every Tuesday evening from 7:30 at
Suffolk Public Service Sports and Social Club
